If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken the first step toward getting the support you deserve. As a counseling, my goal is to help you feel safe to explore the aspects of your life that you feel may be holding you back. I know that it can be scary to open up to someone new, so my hope for all of my clients is that our sessions together can provide the space you need to feel safe to explore your hopes, goals, and needs in a nurturing and non-judgmental way. I truly believe that the key to successful therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and work from a HAES perspective.
My therapeutic style is warm, relaxed, and person centered, allowing us to work on the things you feel are most relevant to your life in the current moment. I believe being able to integrate various therapeutic tools allows me to provide the best and personalized care to my clients. I utilize interventions from theories including CBT, IFS, and mindfulness.
I am confident that you already have the tools you need to make positive changes in your life, and I look forward to helping you gain the insight you need to put them to use! Being able to provide clients with a space to explore the deepest parts of themselves is something I don't take for granted, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
