I am a licensed therapist, certified in Perinatal Mental Health w/ a passion for helping women navigate mental health in all stages of their lives (i.e perinatal, postpartum, motherhood). With 16 years of experience, I’ve been privileged to work w/ individuals in an array of settings including inpatient units, forensic mental health, & outpatient hospitals.
