You might be here because you've been struggling with infertility, pregnancy, or issues related to the postpartum period. My goal as an infertility, pregnancy and postpartum therapist is to support, guide, and empower you on your journey to and through parenthood. I do this from the standpoint of both a licensed therapist, as well as a human who has been through these experiences myself. This allows me to step into a greater capacity for empathy and understanding.
Whether you're facing infertility treatment, a challenging pregnancy experience, birth trauma, postpartum mood disorders, or having a hard time adjusting to parenthood, I can help. I have specialized training through Postpartum Support International and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and stay up-to-date on best therapeutic practices.
We are all unique and our journey to parenthood is individual - therefore, I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw upon my skills and training in various holistic healing modalities, including EMDR, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapy to offer support and healing when you need it most.
