I work with adults in individual and couples therapy, and I specialize in relationship issues, overcoming breakups, men’s issues, life transitions, and exploring cultural identity. Part of this work includes exploring past experiences/relationships and how they impact us currently. I also use humor in my work, it can be such a healing tool.
As a male Filipino psychologist, I understand how culture and gender can play significant roles in our outlooks on life, relationships, family, conflict, happiness, and ourselves.
