It all began at the University of Texas at El Paso, where my fascination with human behavior led me to pursue a bachelor's in psychology and criminal justice. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I delved into my studies with passion, immersing myself in understanding the complexities of the human mind. I specialize in addressing concerns related to attachment, parenting, stress, self-esteem, depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and suicidality.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Texas and New Mexico. My therapeutic approach is diverse, drawing from techniques such as trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, Theraplay, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and more, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual I have the privilege to serve.
My heart has always drawn me to supporting others on a deeper level.
