These beliefs and feelings are often connected to trauma and past experiences, and through our collaboration we can change that manner in which you experience yourself and your life. I specialize in the treatment of trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD) and use approaches that are considered evidence based for the treatment of trauma. My primary approaches are Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These are transformational approaches that support lasting change and differ from traditional talk therapy.
I believe that you have everything you need, and that I am here to guide you towards your own inner wisdom.
