My goal is to empower you to experience therapeutic healing in your life by collaborating with you to gain insight and learn new skills. Specializing in trauma/abuse, educational stress, body image issues, abrupt changes/major life transitions, grief/loss, relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, parenting styles, substance use disorders, and working with survivors of human trafficking.
