I am licensed clinical social worker qualified to practice in Florida, California, and Tennessee. My style includes a dynamic, solution-focused approach to help adults address the sources of persistent stress, emotional overload, and relationship difficulties. I possess additional training in treating financial disorders, substance use, compulsive sexual behavior, grief and loss, relationship conflict, and depression and anxiety.
My approach combines humanistic, cognitive, and trauma-imformed modalities that address the underlying dynamics that lead to problematic coping and difficulties functioning in life. Although I'm not a trauma specialist, my practice is trauma informed, which means I anticipate the possibility of trauma, and tailor my approach to prevent further trauma.
