It is complicated to chose a therapist from such a long list of possibilities. It is equally challenging to tell you about my work in a few short paragraphs! Nevertheless, here I go: I can help with anxiety, depression, grief, lack of direction, life transitions - marriage, divorce, life threatening illness, empty nest - as well as early trauma, spiritual crisis and sexuality issues. I also specialize in the integration of psychedelic experiences and hold a Certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Research from CIIS. I am fairly interactive and I maintain a sense of humor, even in the midst of very difficult situations.
I am a Jungian Analyst with specialized training in dreamwork, creativity and the intersection of spirituality and psychology. Some people come to work with me, not because they are in crisis, but because they long for a more meaningful life. This journey is rich, often awakening more creativity and aliveness.
