I work with individuals, couples, and families affected by trauma, chronic illness, and/or anxiety. I work from a trauma-informed, whole-body perspective drawing upon approaches such as mindfulness, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. You are dealing with personal stressors on top of the impact of the pandemic and current events.
