I also have a great deal of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, relationships, high stress, college/post-grad transitions, and difficulties with self-esteem. I have worked in various settings, including in-home, school-based, and outpatient community mental health.
I focus heavily on building the therapeutic relationship and strive to provide a comfortable setting to help guide and motivate growth. My approach is supportive, open, and non-judgmental, providing you space to understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe environment.
