Single Mothers By Choice Virtual Support Group
A group for single mothers by choice. Find understanding and nurture growth in an accepting community. Take an hour every week to re-focus on yourself as a whole person and learn effective strategies and practical tools to be more present, improve relationships, create better habits and manage emotions. Topics are open-ended and group-directed with skill building opportunities woven throughout. We meet virtually Wednesdays from 8 pm - 9 pm via telehealth, the group fee per session is $75. Group is a month-long financial commitment

A group for mothers. Moms rarely have the opportunity to prioritize their mental health and wellness. Take an hour every week to re-focus on yourself and feel more connected and less overwhelmed. Group is uniquely healing and profoundly valuable. Topics are open-ended and group-directed with skill building opportunities woven through the discussion. Common themes include: overall overwhelm, healthy habits, balance, perfectionism, role change, intense emotions (e.g. anger, sadness, envy, guilt, shame), relationship conflict, body image issues, mental load, emotional labor, rumination, overthinking, regret, loss of identity, feeling trapped, self-doubt. Pathways to Parenthood -- fertility challenges
A group navigating fertility challenges. Prioritize your mental health and feel less isolated and alone in an accepting community of others going through it. Learn effective strategies and practical tools to cope to be more present, manage relationships and regulate emotions. This group is designed for those who have been trying to conceive for 12+ months if under age 35, 6+ months if over age 35. Those dealing with recurrent pregnancy loss, genetic considerations for assisted reproductive technology, or who are unable to try unassisted are welcome. If you are currently undergoing fertility preservation, you may participate during your active treatment. MONDAYS | 2 PM | TELEHEALTH
