Hi there! My name is Carissa Gulli, I am a licensed social worker at Feel Alive Therapy LCSW P.C. and I work with clients 5 years old and up. At Feel Alive Therapy, we believe in building caring and warm relationships with all of our clients. Empowering our clients and capitalizing on their strengths is our main focus to help them achieve self-improvement and personal growth. As your therapist it is my goal to create a safe and welcoming environment for you to process and work through any and all emotions. I work as a team player with all of my clients to help them build the skills necessary to live a happy and healthy life.
My main focus when working with clients is to constantly be building rapport and trust. In sessions, I enjoy utilizing a strengths based approach to empower clients to see their worth and power in this world. My speciality and experience includes: anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, stress and utilizing play-based therapy when working with children.
I take pride in being a social worker and having the ability to empathize and support people through all phases and changes in their lives. Being a helper is my passion and I hope to make an impact in as many lives as possible.
