I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist and a Spiritual and Life Coach. My approach to therapy is holistic and developmentally based. I see a person as a whole rather than just the current symptoms or problem. I paid attention to attachment patterns, differentiation, integration, and the competencies proper of the adult age. And I use a myriad of interventions and techniques from a rich arsenal of therapeutic tools to help people improve their lives and relationships.
I help individuals and couples move from a state of psychological distress, conflict, or plateauing to a healthier way of being. That is, getting more out of life, producing better results in their personal, relational, and professional lives, making choices more effectively, and seeing steady progress toward their goals.
