I view each child, teen, young adult, and family as unique. That uniqueness is why I draw from different therapy modalities to support emotional well-being. Anxiety and depression often stem from complicated interpersonal relationships, lack of self-confidence, and feeling unable to control events in our lives. Our joint effort can help you attain the freedom to make positive choices in your life. I bring clinical experience offered in a genuine, nonjudgmental, confidential atmosphere. Drawing from cognitive behavior approaches, insight therapy, and mindfulness practice, my goal is to provide tools to help you in improving your state of mind.

I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults. I work with concerns ranging from developmental disorders to anxiety/depression. As a certified school psychologist, I am knowledgeable in educational assessment, intervention and law. My training includes dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and child play modalities. I am experienced in child-custody evaluations.

LEGO Club - This group is designed to support the development of cooperation, verbal and nonverbal communication, joint attention, problem solving, and friendship skills. Children ages 10-13 work together to build a LEGO set. Based on the set, they then create a script and produce a Lego movie. Children develop social skills in a natural, exciting and creative way.
