I am an experienced, holistic, nonjudgmental, and empathic therapist seeing clients via secure telehealth platform, even prior to Covid, in upstate/downstate NY. I am flexible and open to whatever you bring. Working in a responsive manner with teens, young adults, adults, individuals, couples, families/children, to assist with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, loss, lack confidence, illness, career coaching, relationships. Childrens' issues, school/peer problems. Incorporating calming/mindfulness/tools, if you wish, your choice and pace. Sliding scale fee and free consultation. I work with clients in a trusting and safe environment to help you feel empowered and secure in yourself and your reactions to others. At your pace, we can find fulfillment and calm within yourself, options and strategies to uplift you and within relationships.
