For over 20 years I have been supporting people through difficult times towards a way of being that allows more ease, freedom and connection. I help clients with feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-worth, shame, loneliness. Talking together in ways which nurture curiosity and compassion, we will look at what troubles you, what brings you hope. We will be attentive to the past, and yet our focus will be on how the past's legacy is impacting your life now. Our work will be relieving of past pains/traumas and will bring more calm and ease, a greater sense of connectedness in present time.
My work combines Internal Family Systems, Trauma-informed Therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy. I work with adults of all ages and adolescents. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals from all backgrounds, races, and cultures and people of all gender identities.
