I am a Clinical Psychologist and primarily work with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with people who have had traumatic experiences, struggle with mood disorders such as depression or anxiety, and who are having difficulty in their relationships. I work collaboratively with my clients to figure out what works best for you.
Therapy is one of the best places to talk about some of the most difficult things we feel we cannot talk about anywhere else. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
