I obtained my Bachelors degree in 2022 from American Public University and began pursuing my Masters degree at Liberty University. I am a United States Marine Corps veteran and I understand the hardships transitioning to civilian life can bring.
My approach to counseling is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but as we build rapport and work together I will choose the best approach to better help your needs.
