I am a mental health therapist that specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, anger management and self-care in preteens, teens, young adults and adults. My approach involves creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment with my clients. My focus is to work with my clients to help them reach full autonomy.
