You will learn stress management techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive restructuring to reduce your symptoms.
I have been working with individuals, teens, couples, and families for over 20 years and am certified on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Functional Therapy (FFT) which is a clinical model for working with at risk adolescents and their families, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program
which focuses on mindful awareness and loving kindness toward self, and Advance Satire Model which provides the framework for a proven methodology for transformational change.
