My experience has focused on anxiety, depression, adjustment issues and trauma. I have worked as a school counselor since graduating in 2003 and own a private practice - Urban Balance Therapy and Consulting, PLLC - since 2020. I have extensive experience working with youth of all ages 5-18. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
