In my work, I value authenticity and self-actualization and believe individuals have the inherent knowledge and tools necessary to become better versions of themselves. With this, I aim to serve as a “fellow traveler” - there to assist clients as they navigate their unique journeys. I believe the therapeutic relationship can serve as a springboard to emotional healing, growth and self-discovery and thereby work to build trust and foster empathy with clients. I embrace the ‘here and now and collaborate with clients to identify obstacles that inhibit progress while incorporating tools that allow it.
Drawing from nearly two decades of experience in corporate sales and marketing, I help clients navigate “feeling stuck”, work/life balance and/or the desire for change. Other clinical interests include anxiety, trauma, identity and relationship challenges. My daily joys include friends and family, dancing and creative expression.
One of the best experiences is to be "seen." Not just the parts that others value and acknowledge, but the true self; the one we want to love and know. Life experience, source energy and courage brought me to this profession and I feel blessed and honored to do this work. It is my desire to help others come to know and love themselves more fully.
