I use an eclectic theoretical approach that utilizes a number of theories including Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational Emotive, Humanistic, Existential, and Client-Centered.
Due to my multicultural personal history, I have a unique outlook towards the difficulties experienced by individuals dealing with social and cultural issues, such as bullying, social anxiety, and culture shock. I am thus equipped to help clients work and resolve these issues which can interfere with daily life.
