I believe that every person has the ability to heal by utilizing and enhancing their own strengths. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Sand Tray and art therapy techniques.
I work with children, adolescents and adults who are seeking treatment for mood disorders, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD and everyday life challenges.
