With a degree in trauma & 2+ years in trauma-informed programs, I am well-versed in various forms of trauma and ways to cope with traumatic experiences, PTSD symptoms, etc. Due to the intensity of trauma and learning different treatment methods/coping strategies, it has trickled over into other specialties such as anxiety, depression, and anger.
