I know that coming to counseling can be a difficult decision but I also believe that it takes more courage to face one's problems than to avoid them. I have a practical, down-to-earth approach - seeking to identify, address, and resolve areas of conflict and obstacles in your life. I am there to support you through the process of self-discovery - creating a safe place to find your strength, your voice and to discover what is true for you.
I work with adults providing individual counseling for depression, anxiety, grief/loss; relationship issues; life transition; addiction/recovery work; parenting and family issues; abuse and trauma; aging; stress management and work/life concerns.
Currently, I am only offering counseling sessions online due to the current health risks of in person meetings. I work from a confidential, HIPAA approved online platform. You would need access to a computer and a place that offers you privacy for our sessions. Please check with your insurance or EAP company regarding coverage for Telemental Health sessions.
