This is an experiential mindfulness practice group. The group is intended to support those who are looking to continue growing their mindfulness practice. It starts with a mindful check-in and involves nature-based meditations with a closing goal-directed processing group. All who have the intention of non-judgement and personal growth are welcome to share in connecting to the present moment and beauty of nature together!
