I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relational issues, school/work related challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach focuses on the development of coping skills to deal with life’s stressors, exploring our internal resources and strengths, refining our communication and fostering deeper insight and understanding of oneself.
Perinatal therapeutic care is a passion of mine, and I offer in-home and virtual sessions for new mothers. I previously taught Mom + Baby courses and try to weave parenting support and guidance into my postpartum care.
