The goal is to decrease symptoms, maladaptive coping skills, and increase positive coping mechanisms to help you thrive.
I believe in resilience of the human spirit and that we have power over our minds while everything outside of us is unpredictable. I over 20 years of experience working within the mental health profession and maintained a private practice for 8 years. I began my career working as an assessor focusing on diagnostic assessments, linkage, and triage.
