Hello my name is Faauuga Moliga-Puletasi and I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety in adults. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my approach to therapy is to build a trusting relationship that helps us dive into difficult parts of your life that has weighed heavily on you. I then help you address your trauma and anxiety symptoms so that you can live a peaceful and happy life. I work with adults who have undergone traumas experienced through family upbringing or their living environment. These traumas can have caused one to become very anxious or afraid to socialize, low self esteem, or just loss of hope in one self.
I am big on using the following approaches to help people work through their trauma and anxiety. I off EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness to really get to the core of your triggers. From there we continue using these methods to unravel the pain and eventually leading to a more peaceful state of mind and emotion.
Im very easy going and many have said I dont come off as a therapist. Im down to earth and people oriented. Therapy to me is more of a conversation between us that leads to healing.
