If you are someone who finds yourself in the grip of anxiety, grief, depression, or any other symptom or trait that makes it hard to function in this world, I would be honored to work with you. I am passionate about working with clients who feel like they don’t fit in, who feel marginalized, or who feel as though their identities are being overlooked or rejected; but no matter your experience or identity, I seek to offer support, validation, and aid. Some of my main areas of focus include anxiety and mood concerns, discovery around gender and sexuality, as well as support for lived experience of neurodivergence and disability.
I utilize tools and theories from a variety of perspectives as it best meets the needs of my clients. Some tools and theories I routinely utilize include DBT, Psychodynamic, Existential and Humanistic therapies.
Starting a journey with a new therapist is often a daunting prospect. Whether it is your first time seeking help or you have walked this path before, there is often a cloud of uncertainty that can hang above as you take those first steps with someone new. Feel free to reach out, to ask me any questions you may have, and see if you would like to work with me.
