As a person-centered, integrative therapist with 15 years of experience, I use a collaborative approach with my clients to fit with their interests and strengths. Expressive arts and other experiential approaches help uncover subconscious motivations and feelings, aid in emotional regulation, externalize issues and restore the capacity for joy.
I am trained in EMDR and became and became Registered Expressive Arts Therapist in Kansas and the KC metro in 2023. I have cultivated a deep capacity for listening through working with individual clients, hospice patients, their families, and the bereaved. I hope to collaborate with you in your journey of healing.
