As a therapist in the field for over 15 years, I utilize only evidence-based interventions in my practice. My team and I are here to assist your child/adolescents achieve optimal functioning and provide the tools they need to navigate day to day stressors. I am a certified DBT clinician with 200 hours yoga hours with additional 30 hours child yoga.
