I have worked with extreme trauma and PTSD for over 30 years. Using such modalities as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Energy Freedom Therapy), hypnotherapy and conventional therapy techniques, the intensity of emotion is diffused and new positive beliefs are established.
