My goal is to provide a collaborative, compassionate, and empathic space for clients to heal and explore their past, present, and future. I hope to bring a sensitive, inclusive, and warm therapeutic experience and healing journey. I completed my graduate education/training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University where I learned to embrace systems and work through a systemic lens. This allows me to truly account for the vast complexities of identity, race, relationships, power, and trauma and how this all impacts us, and our relationships/roles, on a deep level.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families facing depression, family conflict, infidelity, communication issues, trauma, and various life transitions. I am passionate about working with families with adult children, the Latinx community, and multicultural couples.
