I use a compassionate approach to working with people dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, family dynamics, and inner-child issues. I love working with a diverse set of individuals and families to work on breaking intergenerational cycles and making new meaning of childhood experiences, with the goal of alleviating the way the past affects you now.
I believe that therapy starts with a trusting relationship between you and I, as we discover strategies to heal, grow, and once again experience joy. I look forward to getting to know you.
