Many of my clients present seeking support to address issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, bereavement and adjustment to life transitions, just to name a few. Therapy is an effective way to work through these issues that can catch clients off guard. My ideal client wants to become unstuck, learn about family-of-origin behaviors and patterns that may hinder their growth, and adopt healthy coping mechanisms to manage their emotions and live more fulfilling and rewarding lives.
As your therapist, I will work with you to provide you with skills to treat, cope and manage presenting problems. Our collaborative work in therapy will involve gaining insight into thoughts, feelings and behaviors; address patterns that have been contributing to distress; achieving treatment goals and improving client's quality of life.
