I will provide you with a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental perspective. I work with individuals, couples and families who need help with their most important relationships. I work with premarital, married couples, and blended families. I believe life was meant to be lived in a safe and secure relationship with others, if you do too...I can help.
The primary model of therapy that I use is called Emotionally Focused Therapy. It is the Gold Standard and THE most highly effective model for couples work, and is also effective with families and individuals. I have had extensive training in this model and am working on my certification which is a very long and challenging training process.
