Using a client centered approach, clients can begin to discover and witness their ability to be resilient by learning how to navigate through their social, emotional, spiritual and cultural understanding of who they are.
I offer individuals the opportunity to work through an integrative and holistic model of mental wellness. One size does not fit all. Therefore my focus is to work with you using the best approach and treatment that will meet your needs.
