In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am a Community Psychologist who has considerable experience working with many different populations. I am licensed and certified to meet the growing needs of the world we live in. I am committed to developing a caring and compassionate relationship with the individuals I serve.
I have over 16 years of experience and expertise in issues dealing with children, teens, and adults. I offer individual, group and family therapy. Some of my areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship issues.
My goal is "To meet you where you are". I utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment including Cognitive Behavior Treatment (CBT), Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing and Play Therapy.
