I have had over 25 years where I have helped all individuals make mind/ body connections to manage their mental health needs while improving their lives using many different cognitive behavioral skills and psychoeducation techniques.
In talk therapy we will explore anxiety and depression issues and their causes . We will look at the underlying thoughts contributing to these thoughts as well as feelings and physical symptoms linked to these thoughts to do some CBT skills to challenge them and reframe these thoughts. We will practice some short skill to help with the anxiety or depression
I strive to help you become less anxious or depressed. You will start living a life that you can expect to respond less and less to the symptoms and its intensity that have been experiencing . I look forward to meeting you and starting this process.
