As a retired collegiate athlete myself, I know that being an athlete shapes your identity in a profound way. I’m here to explore how athletics has shaped who you are, even amidst adversity and challenges.

In addition to working with athletes, I’m passionate about working with college students, couples, adults, & children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficulties with shame & guilt, relationship issues, and grief & loss. I'm also EMDR-trained for those interested in using EMDR to recover from trauma or distressing experiences.

My main strength is connecting with clients using an empathetic, collaborative, nonjudgemental, and supportive approach. My goal is to walk beside you as you explore these challenges and uncertain times of your life so you don’t feel you are going through it alone.
