Are you struggling to cope with big changes in your life? Perhaps you're adjusting to a shift in relationship or career, moving, going to college, or past trauma is resurfacing during a stressful time. Whether your challenges are new or familiar, as a counselor, art therapist, and holistic health coach, I'll help you break old patterns, shift your mindset, and find more ease in life. I also enjoy supporting helping professionals and caregivers to prioritize self-care. I offer individual therapy, supervision, and therapeutic art workshops (see Groups section below to learn more).
Along with talking things through, making art in a therapy session may help you process and understand complex emotions and experiences. We can also work on establishing a healthier lifestyle by improving your nutrition and physical activity to feel better inside and out.
My approach is collaborative, with the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be present and share as much as you feel comfortable with, and support you to take care of yourself and create the life you want. Art Break Summer Series
Are you looking for something creative and fun to do this summer that can actually change your life? Get motivated, meet new people, and make art in the spirit of self-exploration and personal growth in this therapeutic art workshop series. We'll meet virtually on 8/1, 8/8, 8/15, & 8/22 from 1-2pm to explore a new wellness topic through art making and discussion in an inclusive space. $35 per session or $130 for full series.
