I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches including: psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness-based therapy, and existential principles. You can expect our sessions to be interactive, catered to your specific needs, and above all else, sessions will always be a place of safety where your individuality will be valued and respected.
I am currently enrolled in advanced couples therapy training at The Gottman Institute, as well as, receiving IFS (Level 1) training. It is my hope to foster a healing relationship with you that helps you attain freedom from unhealthy patterns, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and rebuild meaning into your life.
