I have a fresh and eclectic approach drawing on traditional counseling, The Poly-vagal Theory, device assisted therapies and advanced mindfulness techniques that can help anyone transform. My experience working with substance use disorders has allowed me to understand individuals with diverse needs including trauma and mental health.
