Everyone goes through life experiencing trials and hardships, but that does not mean your experiences and feelings are less important or that you should go through it alone. Are you ready to explore these experiences and feelings and to make positive lifelong changes in the process? As your counselor, we can work together to get you where you want to be in life. My focus is on anxiety (generalized, social, panic) depression (major, persistent), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, trauma (early childhood, physical/sexual abuse, grief, acute, chronic, complex, PTSD), and perfectionism.
I provide therapy to adolescents and adults and tailor my sessions to the specific needs of the client. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
My goal is to assist you and provide support. With rapport and treatment goals that relate to your needs, you can begin your journey. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely. I look forward to working with you to a brighter future.
