My practice mostly includes entrepreneurs, creatives, actors, and people going through transitional periods. My clients benefit from my expertise in "personal myths" — the exploration of the stories we tell ourselves about what we can and cannot do in the world, and on finding our unique ways of rewriting and living out new and liberating stories.
I am also a project and dissertation coach. I assist individuals to clarify their goals, set actionable steps, and experience the thrill of follow-through and a productive schedule. This benefits folks aiming to get organized around a goal or a dream, and discover what is possible through courageous experimentation with life and compounded small actions.
