I am specialized in trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, love addiction and codependent relationships. My practice incorporates a combination of therapeutic techniques including psychodynamic, Post Induction Therapy (PIT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness, curated based on your individual and holistic needs and symptoms.
As a multicultural therapist I strongly believe in an integrated approach to psychotherapy. I tailor my interventions to helping clients develop specific skills to cope with difficult feelings, and/or to explore obstacles and underlying issues that interfere with personal fulfillment.
