Whatever it is that you're holding, I'm here to hold it with you. With me, big feelings have a big enough space to be felt, expressed, and held with empathy and validation. We can't get rid of our pain, but we can learn to listen to our bodies and make more compassionate choices. I'm here to listen with you, to help you better understand and meet your needs, and to identify what can be accepted and what can change. I use a trauma-informed and holistic approach to get connected, get curious, and explore with people who want to get deeper insight into their unique support needs and superpowers.
I specialize in building authentic, trusting relationships so you can feel free to be, just as you are. I use mindfulness and somatic skills to help you notice your inner world, compassion and curiosity help you make sense of what you notice. I use sensory and emotion regulation skills to help you support your nervous system and build safety in your body.
As a queer, neurodivergent (AuDHD), cis, white, working class woman, I understand that we all exist on spectrums of experience, we all go through struggles that are interconnected, and we all have inherent power in our beings.
